SUB: ORDER UNDER SECTION 11(4) (b) AND SECTION 19 OF SEBI ACT, 1992 READ WITH REGULATION 11 OF SEBI (PROHIBITION OF FRAUDULENT AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES RELATING TO SECURITIES MARKET) REGULATION, 2003 IN THE MATTER OF M/s KSL AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED AGAINST M/s DELUXE POLYMERS PVT. LTD. AND M/s AKASH FABRICS PVT. LTD.

SEBI had conducted investigations into the alleged irregularities in the buying, selling and dealing in the scrip of M/s KSL & Industries Ltd.. Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts found that M/s Deluxe Polymers Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Akash Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. are guilty of violating the provisions of Regulation 4 (a), (b) and (c) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulation, 1995. 
 
In view of this, vide order dated February 17, 2004 SEBI had prohibited M/s Deluxe Polymers Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Akash Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. from dealing in securities for a period of two years from the date of order.
