CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF 
 
A STOCK – BROKER OF VADODARA STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the certificate of registration of Shri. M. K. Jain, Trade Name: M/s. M. K. Jain & Co. (SEBI Regn. No. INB190401910)erstwhile member of Vadodara Stock Exchange with effect from February 20, 2004.
 
The aforesaid Stock-Broker was declared defaulter on the Stock Exchange and ceased to be a member of the Exchange, thereby failed to fulfill the pre-requisite condition of registration as Stock-Broker with SEBI.
 
The registration has been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation 4 of Regulation 13 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002.
