SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF INDEX FINLEASE SERVICES LTD., MEMBER OF BANGALORE STOCK EXCHANGE

Whole Time Member, SEBI vide order dated January 31, 2004, has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Index Finlease Services Ltd, member Bangalore Stock Exchange, having SEBI Registration number, INB NO 08 1025430 for a period of Ten days. This order shall come into force on expiry of three weeks from the date of this order. The penalty is imposed for various irregularities by the member while dealing in the scrip of Prosoft Systems Ltd.
