CAUVERY SOFTWARE ENGINEERING SYSTEMS LTD. AND ITS DIRECTORS

SEBI had conducted investigations into the dealings in the scrip of Cauvery Software Engineering Systems Ltd. (Cauvery). Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts found Cauvery and its directors guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI regulations. Whole-Time Member, SEBI vide order dated January 9, 2004 has prohibited Cauvery and its directors Shri R K Kaput, Shri D B Negandhi and Shri Anup Saxena from accessing the capital market and from dealing in securities, in any manner, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years. This order shall come into force from the date of the order.
