Order u/s 11 B against M/s Indo Shares & Fintrade Ltd.

Pursuant to investigations in the matter of Eonour Software Ltd.

SEBI vide order dated December 05, 2003 restrained M/s Indo Shares and Fintrade Ltd, an erstwhile broker of BSE from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner, directly or indirectly for a period of five years for their role in the price manipulation of the scrip Eonour Software Ltd.
