Order u/s 11 B against Shri Saurabh H Bora 

in the matter of Snowcem India Ltd.

SEBI vide order dated November 21, 2003 restrained Shri Sourabh H. Bora from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner, directly or indirectly for a period of eighteen months for his role in the price manipulation of the scrip Snowcem India Ltd.
