The penalty is imposed for Irregularities in maintenance of books of accounts (Document Register), Contract Notes, Indulging in off the floor transactions, Dealing with unregistered sub-broker, Delay in delivery of securities etc.

M/s. Ansh Portfolio Kendra Pvt. Ltd. member of the Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 03, 2003 till January 03, 2004.
