SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S CHONA FINANCIAL SERVICE PVT. LTD. MEMBER OF NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LIMITED.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Chona Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., member of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (SEBI Regn. No. INB 230754330) for a period of four (4) months with effect from August 4, 2003. The penalty is imposed inter alia for non segregation of client and own funds, dealing with unregistered sub brokers and for violation of Code of Conduct. 

M/s Chona Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 4, 2003 for four months.
