Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s NLM Capital Services Ltd., member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s NLM Capital Services Ltd., member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB120756135) for a period of three months. The penalty is imposed for dealing as un-registered sub broker, not maintaining proper document register, irregularities in maintenance of client database, dealing with un-registered sub brokers and not having pre-printed serial number on the contract notes. 

M/s NLM Capital Services Ltd., member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from July 21, 2003 till October 20, 2003.
