Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of Shri Rajiv Kalra (Trade Name: R. Bhai & Co.), member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Shri Rajiv Kalra (Trade Name: R. Bhai & Co.), member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB012592512) for a period of three months. The penalty is imposed for not maintaining order book and document register, not having pre-printed serial number on the contract notes, irregularities in maintenance of client database and for executing off-the-floor transactions.
 
Shri Rajiv Kalra (Trade Name: R. Bhai & Co.), member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from July 21, 2003 till October 20, 2003.
