Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Kaynet Capital Ltd.,
 member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Kaynet Capital Ltd., member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (SEBI Reg. No. INB011056737) for a period of four months. The penalty is imposed for not having pre-printed serial numbers on the contract notes, not maintaining order book, irregularities in maintenance of clients agreement, delay in transfer of demat shares from pool account to clients account, dealing with un-registered sub brokers, delay in delivery of shares to clients, delay in issuance of contract notes and indulging in off-the-floor transactions. 

M/s Kaynet Capital Ltd. , member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from July 03, 2003 till November 02, 2003.
