Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Sanghavi Brothers Brokerage Ltd. , member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Sanghavi Brothers Brokerage Ltd., member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (SEBI Reg. No. INB010992132) for a period of one month. The penalty is imposed for delay in delivery of shares, irregularities in issuance of contract note, non-segregation of own funds and client funds and delay in transfer of demat securities from pool account. 

M/s Sanghavi Brothers Brokerage Ltd. , member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from July 09, 2003 till August 08, 2003.
