CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF BROKERS OF MANGALORE STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the registrations of the following brokers with immediate effect:

1.  Homi N. Darukanawala INB140615711 Mangalore
2.  Poornima R. Shastry INB140388512 Mangalore

The registrations have been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (5) of Regulation 16 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by the Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulation, 2002
 
The said brokers were declared defaulters by the Stock Exchange and ceased to be members of the Exchange, thereby failed to fulfill the pre-requisite condition of registration as brokers with SEBI.
