Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Spica Finstock Ltd., member of ASE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s M/s Spica Finstock Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB021032132) for a period of three months. The penalty is imposed for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, not maintaining proper segregation of clients account and own account and dealing as un-registered sub broker. 

M/s M/s Spica Finstock Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from June 23, 2003 till September 22, 2003.
