Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Bulls Inc., Sub broker to M/s Joindre Capitals Services Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the registration of M/s Bulls Inc., Sub broker affiliated to M/s Joindre Capitals Services Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INS230514015) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for dealing as un-registered sub broker, not maintaining general ledger, journal and documents register, non-issuance of purchase or sales note, non segregation of clients and own funds and non-maintenance of client registration forms and agreement. 

M/s Bulls Inc., Sub broker affiliated to M/s Joindre Capitals Services Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Sub Broker with effect from May 23, 2003 till November 22, 2003.
