Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s Yelkayes Financial Consultants & Investments Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Yelkayes Financial Consultants & Investments Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB230752234) for a period of four months. The penalty is imposed for non collection of margins and non segregation of clients account and own account 

M/s Yelkayes Financial Consultants & Investments Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 23, 2003 till September 22, 2003.
