Sub: Suspension of certificate of registration of Shri Balkrishna C. Parsana (Trade Name: M/s B. C. Patel), member of Sauhrashtra ad Kutch Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Shri Balkrishna C. Parsana (Trade Name: M/s B. C. Patel), member of Sauhrashtra ad Kutch Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB180225017) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for not producing books of accounts before the Inspection Team of SEBI. 

Shri Balkrishna C. Parsana (Trade Name: M/s B. C. Patel), member of Sauhrashtra ad Kutch Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 16, 2003 till November 15, 2003.
