Order under section 11 (4) (b) of SEBI Act , 1992 against M/s S. K. Jain, member of CSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has restrained M/s S. K. Jain, member of Calcutta Stock Exchange from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities, till the completion of enquiry against him.
This direction has been issued under section 11 (4) (b) of the SEBI Act, 1992.
