PRESS RELEASE

Chairman, SEBI vide order dated March 13, 2003 suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Springfields Securities Limited, Member Hyderabad Stock Exchange and Cochin Stock Exchange for a period of one month for violations committed while dealing in the shares of Videocon Internationals Limited and the order for suspension shall come into effect from April 03, 2003.
