Chairman, SEBI has passed an order against Corporation Bank (IF Branch, Ahmedabad) in the case of the public issue of M/s Adinath Exports Ltd. Vide order dated 12.02.03 the Chairman has warned them and has advised them to take utmost care in future to avoid repetition and reoccurrence of such irregularity in future by any of its branches.
