Chairman SEBI has passed an order dated 16/01/03, against M/S M K Securities, Member, Hyderabad Stock Exchange in the case of Maruti Organics Ltd. Vide the aforesaid Order, Chairman has in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Sec 4(3) of SEBI Act 1992 read with Regualtion 26(2) (ii) of SEBI Stock Brokers and sub-Brokers Regulation 1992 cancelled the certificate of Registration granted to M/S M K Securities Ltd, as a stock Broker.
