PRESS RELEASE

SEBI vide its Orders dated January 6, 2003, has debarred M/s. Green Earth Farms and Estate Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, M/s. Touchwood Agrotech (P) Ltd., Chennai, M/s. Shivaji Estate Livestock and Farms Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur and the concerned officials of the said entities from operating and / or from accessing the capital market for a period of 5 years from the date of the Orders. These entities have, interalia, failed to comply with the earlier Orders of SEBI directing them to refund the money collected under the collective investment scheme(s) with returns due to the investors as per the terms of the offer within a period of one month from the date of the said Orders.
