Cancellation of Registration of broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the registrations of M/s Al-Falah Investment Ltd. member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB230812430). The registration has been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (5) of Regulation 16 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiries by Enquiry Officer and Imposing penalties ) Regulations, 2002. 

The said broker was expelled by the Stock Exchange and ceased to be member of the Exchange, thereby failed to fulfill the pre-requisite condition of registration as broker with SEBI.
