SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Kishan Lal Pugalai (Trade Name: M/s Lalit & Co.), member of Calcutta Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 030043413) for a period of six months. The penalty is imposed for not maintaining documents Register, order book and margin book, irregularities in client broker agreement, delay in payment to clients and not maintaining strict segregation between clients' funds and own funds. 

Shri Kishan Lal Pugalai (Trade Name: M/s Lalit & Co.), member of Calcutta Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from October 14, 2002 till April 13, 2003.
