SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF BROKER

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Chacko J. Kallivayalil, member of Cochin Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB090286015) for a period of one year. The penalty is imposed for defaults in pay-in obligations, early pay-out of 100% as against 75% given to Council members, early pay-put to Council members where there were defaults by them, and withholding of presentation of cheques due to inadequate funds in Bank account. 

Shri Chacko J. Kallivayalil, member of Cochin Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from October 16, 2002 till October 15, 2003.
