ACTION AGAINST BROKER

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Bhagwandas Bhogilal & Co., member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB010433621) for a period of three months or till payment of SEBI fees. The penalty is imposed for dealing with un-registered sub brokers, not maintaining clear segregation between clients' fund and own funds, indulging in cross deals, fund based activities and not paying adequate SEBI fees.
