WARNING TO BROKER

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Shriyam Broking Intermediary Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 010598332) for not fulfilling the underwriting obligation in the public issues 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Underwriters) Regulations, 1993
