Warning to Brokers

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Trendz Investments Pvt. Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB 230793732) and Shri Bimal Kumar Bedi, member of Calcutta Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB 030966811) for not exercising due care and diligence in the conduct of its business. 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
