Suspension of broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Rakesh Kumar Mishra (Trade Name: Rakesh Deep Investments) , member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 100635318) for a period of four months for not producing books of account for the year 1999-2000 for inspection, irregularities in issuance of contract note, dealing with brokers of other Stock Exchange without getting registered as sub-broker, indulging in unauthorised carry forward transactions, failing to obtain client registration forms and broker-client agreement, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to the Stock Exchange, not maintaining clear segregation between clients' fund and own funds and delay in payments to clients. 

Shri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from March 04, 2002 till July 03, 2002.
