Warning to Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Shailesh Shah Securities Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB 011064558) for non-maintenance of Margin Deposit Book, irregularities in issuance of contract notes, not maintaining client-registration forms properly, non-segregation of clients accounts with own accounts and not reporting spot transactions to the Stock Exchange, 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
