The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned the following brokers of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange for dealing with M/s ASE Capital Markets Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange without obtaining certificate of registration from SEBI to act as sub brokers.:

    4. M/s Kunverji Finstock Ltd. 
    5. M/s Krishna Share Broking Services Ltd. 
    6. Shri Atul M. Chokshi 
    7. M/s Hanuman Share & Stock Brokers Ltd. 
    8. Shri Samir J. Shah 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
