Warning to Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s IFB Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB 230600637) for non-maintenance of proper books of accounts and other records, irregularities in respect of contract notes, irregularities regarding dealing with clients and registration of clients, delay in payment and delivery of securities to clients and non-segregation of clients accounts with own accounts

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
