Warning to Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Twenty First Century Shares & Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No INB230690931) for non-maintenance of books of accounts, delay in payment to clients, misuse of clients' funds, non-segregation of clients accounts with own accounts, booking payment in different client accounts, loan against shares of holding company and loan transactions in clients account 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
