The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Annals Share & Stock Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Shri Jayendra K. Doshi), member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 021047833) for a period of two months for not maintaining Document Register, not maintaining proper segregation between Clients' Funds and Own Funds and executing fictitious transactions. 

M/s Annals Share & Stock Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Shri Jayendra K. Doshi), member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from February 18, 2002 till April 17, 2002.
