PRESS RELEASE
The following Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) entities which had earlier filed information with SEBI, have now informed SEBI that they have wound up their existing schemes and repaid their investors an amount of Rs. 1715 lakhs. They have also submitted the "Winding Up and Repayment Report" as required in terms of SEBI (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999 duly certified by statutory auditors.

Investors who had invested under the collective investment schemes of these entities, and have not yet got their repayments from the said entities as aforesaid, they may inform SEBI with relevant details within a period of 30 days from the date of this press release.
