SUB: Suspension of Certificate of Registration of M/s. Integrated Enterprises (India) Ltd. (formerly Integrated Advisory Services Ltd.) from acting as Registrar to an Issue for three months.
 
Certificate of Registration of M/s. Integrated Enterprises (India) Ltd. (formerly Integrated Advisory Services Ltd.) – Cat. I Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents has been suspended and they are not allowed to act as Registrar to Issues for a period of three months as per the Order of the Chairman, SEBI dated June 27, 2000. However, in order to protect the interest of the investors the intermediary has been allowed to continue with its activities as Share Transfer Agent during the three months suspension period. The intermediary has also been warned to be cautious in conduct of its affairs in future.
 
Above suspension has been ordered under regulation 26(3) of the SEBI (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993 for the failure on the part of the intermediary to enter into an agreement with the issuer companies, irregularities in accepting applications, stock invests, irregularities in effecting transfers etc.
