Subject : Migration of two schemes Apple Mutual Fund to Birla Mutual Fund.
 

Due to reorganisation, the two schemes of Apple Mutual Fund, namely, Apple Midas Fund-The Goldshare and Apple Platinum Share have migrated to Birla Mutual Fund and have become an integral part of Birla Mutual Fund. As a result, the existing Trustees of Birla Mutual Fund-Birla Capital International Trustee Company Ltd. have become the trustees for the schemes and the existing investment manager for Birla Mutual Fund-Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd. have become the investment managers for the schemes. 
 
Apple Mutual Fund has surrendered the certificate of registration to SEBI. Approval granted to Apple Asset Management Ltd. to carry on asset management activities in accordance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 has been withdrawn.
