SUSPENSION OF VENKATESHWARLU KONDURI, 
MEMBER OF HYDERABAD STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Venkateshwarlu Konduri, member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB060734610) for a period of six months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to the Stock Exchange, not entering into agreement with the clients, not maintaining Document Register, using clients’ securities which are in his possession for raising funds and misusing Stock Exchange mechanism to meet his pay-in obligation.
 
Shri Venkateshwarlu Konduri, member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from February 15, 1999 till August 14, 1999.
