SUSPENSION OF AURO MIRA

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Auro Mira, member of Madras Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB040132813) for a period of one month or till such time the broker redresses the grievances of the complainants, whichever is later. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for failing to take adequate steps in redressing the complaints. 

M/s Auro Mira, member of Madras Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 14, 1999 till February 13, 1999 or till such time the broker redresses the grievances of the complainants, whichever is later.
