SUSPENSION OF SHRI RADHA KRISHNA GARG, MEMBER OF UTTAR PRADESH STOCK EXCHANGE & M/S.KARDAM FINANCIAL SERVICES (P) LIMITED, MEMBER OF COCHIN STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Radha Krishna Garg, member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB100365318) for a period of two months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for not reporting of off-the-floor transactions and indulging in carry-forward transactions. 
 
Shri Radha Krishna Garg, member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 22, 1998 till February 21, 1999. 
 
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Kardam Financial Services (P) Ltd., member of Cochin Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 090917434) for a period of six months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non- furnishing books of accounts to the SEBI inspection team for inspection. 
 
M/s Kardam Financial Services (P) Ltd., member of Cochin Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 28, 1998 till June 27, 1999.
