SUSPENSION OF SHRI HARISH C. THAKKAR
MEMBER , VADODARA STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Harish C. Thakkar, member of Vadodara Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. SEBI Reg. No. INB 190396014) for a period of three months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non-issuance of proper contract notes, non-maintenance of proper books of accounts, dealing with un-registered sub-brokers and non-charging of prescribed brokerage and non-payment of registration fees to SEBI. 
 
Shri Harish C. Thakkar, member of Vadodara Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from October 15, 1998 till January 14, 1998.
