SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION OF REGISTRAR TO AN ISSUE AND SHARE TRANSFER AGENT

The Securities and Exchange board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Talisman Consultants Pvt Ltd as a Category I Registrar to an Issue and Share transfer Agent till the remaining period of their registration i.e. till June 15, 1999 for their failure to pay second and third year annual registration fees due for the years 1997-98 and 1998-99. 
 
SEBI has also suspended the certificate of registration of Time Computech Services Ltd as a Category I Registrar to an Issue and Share transfer Agent till the remaining period of their registration i.e. till November 30, 1998 for their failure to pay the annual registration fees due for the year 1997 - 98.
