Suspension of Mrs Khem Kaur Gandhi,Member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Mrs Khem Kaur Gandhi, member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 120304217) for a period of three months or till she makes payment of the requisite fees to SEBI, which ever is later. She has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for not reporting off-market transactions to the Exchange, indulging in carry forward transactions and non-payment of the requisite fees to SEBI.
 
Mrs Khem Kaur Gandhi, member of Ludhiana Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 07, 1998 till December 06, 1998 or till SEBI turnover fees is paid, whichever is later.
