Suspension of Shri Anjani Kumar Singh

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Anjani Kumar Singh, member of Bhubaneshwar Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 170253618) till he pays the prescribed fee to SEBI. The suspension will come into effect from August 25, 1998. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non-payment of SEBI registration fees. 

Shri Anjani Kumar Singh, member of Bhubaneshwar Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 25, 1998 till he pays the prescribed fee to SEBI.
