Warning to M/s. R.S. & Co., member of DSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s R. S. & Co., (SEBI registration no. 050458529), member of Delhi Stock Exchange for dealing with unregistered sub-brokers, failure to mention date of transactions on delivery bills and not reporting Off-the-floor transactions to Delhi Stock Exchange. 
 
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
