SUSPENSION OF MERCHANT BANKING REGISTRATION
PRIMARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of a Category II Merchant banker till the remaining period of their registration for failure in payment of annual registration fees in accordance with terms of Regulations 12(2), 36(1)(i), 36(1)(vii) and 36(1)(viii) of the SEBI (Merchant Banker) Rules and Regulations, 1992.
