SUSPENSION OF MERCHANT BANKING REGISTRATION 
PRIMARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of a Category III Merchant banker for non payment of annual registration fees in terms of Regulation 12(2), 36(1)(i), 36(1)(vii) and 36(1)(viii) of SEBI (Merchant Banker) Rules and Regulations, 1992. They are suspended with immediate effect till the remaining period of their registration.
