Warning to M/s. Ghanshamdas Gilada, member of HSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Ghanshamdas Gilada, member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange for violating the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 viz. for charging �gala�, non-maintenance of contract slips, hard copy of sauda book/order book and delay in payment to clients. 
 
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 for violation/contravention of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
