The validity of existing certificate of registration granted to Credit Agricole Indosuez (erstwhile Banque Indosuez) as "Bankers to an Issue" has expired on 30.11.97. The Bank has applied for renewal of certificate of registration vide their application dated 3/12/97 and subsequently withdrawn its application. In terms of Rule 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Bankers to an Issue) Rules and Regulations, 1994, Credit Agricole Indosuez (erstwhile Banque Indosuez) shall cease to carry out its activities as bankers to an Issue from the date of expiry of certificate of registration.
