Order in the matter of M/s. Kassa Finvest Private Limited,Stock Broker Registered with SEBI

Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an Ex Parte-Ad-Interim Order on March 19,
2015 in the matter of M/s. Kassa Finvest Private Limited issuing the following directions:-

1. Kassa Finvest Private Limited and its directors namely, Mr. Ashok Kumar, Dr. Umashankar Sharan Shrivastav and promoter Mrs. Anjana Kumar are restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, with immediate effect, till further directions;
    
2. The aforesaid entities and persons shall cease and desist from undertaking any activity in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever till further directions;
    
3. The aforesaid entities and persons are directed to provide a full inventory of all their assets whether movable or immovable, or any interest or investment or charge in any of such assets, including details of their all bank and demat accounts immediately but not later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of these directions.
    
4. The aforesaid entities and persons are directed to not to dispose off or alienate any assets, whether movable or immovable, or any interest or investment or charge in any of such assets except with the prior permission of SEBI.

M/s Kassa Finvest Private Limited had prima facie raised funds by way of illegally selling the securities of its clients/investors and provided assured returns to its clients.
 
The public at large is informed that in case they come across any information regarding the violation of any of the above directions, including the direction "not to dispose off or alienate any assets, whether movable or immovable, or any interest or investment or charge in any of such assets except with the prior permission of SEBI ", the same may be reported to SEBI in the interest of investors and securities market.
